When the commandment is given to keep the feast, it is not just talking about keeping this Jewish memorial but keeping the sin out of our lives. When it says to eat the bread of sincerity and truth, it means that the Holy Spirit will witness to us in sincerity and the Word of God will testify of truth!!! This exhortation is a commandment to rid ourselves of sin when taking communion and to live that way, not just in the feast time, but all the time--as the Holy Spirit and the Word testify for us to live.
