"But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you." Matthew 5:44(NKJ) What a concept!!! Blessing is God's way of turning something from one way into another way. God is the God of the turn and the return. Thinking blessing is just the beginning. Speaking blessing releases the blessing! When we voice blessing it releases God's power to work in a person and situation. How wonderful it is when the words we release are the words that breathe out the life of God. "Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit-you choose." Proverbs 18:21(Msg) The tongue may be accused of being the culprit, but the reality of this is an unrenewed mind or heart that supplies the tongue it's content. I believe that one of the reasons we don't see God's fullness in our lives is we haven't learned to bless what God has blessed. "In a word, what I'm saying is, GROW UP. You're kingdom subjects. Now live like it. Live out your God-created identity. Live generously and graciously toward others, the way God lives toward you." Matthew 5:48 (Msg)
"She's the very Tree of Life to those who embrace her. Hold her tight-and be blessed!" Proverbs 3:18(TheMessage) Our inheritance from Abba includes the gift of wisdom, which will restore to us what was lost through the fall. Then He placed a huge fiery revolving sword and stationed a angel to guard the entrance. The good news is through the victory of Yeshua at the cross and the resurrection, the angel and the sword have been removed and we are free to eat from the Tree of Life! In the spirit of wisdom and understanding we grasp that to embrace her(wisdom), there is a cleaving to that opens our heart to understand that He(Yeshua) IS the source of all wisdom. When we cleave to Him we are embracing the Tree of Life, getting back what was lost! We are the Bride, the overcomers who remember their first love, the living flames of love who
