Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience... Hebrews 10:22a The blood of the old covenant had to be applied, not just shed. The blood of the Passover lamb had to be applied to the door posts(Exodus 12:22), and the blood of the goat had to be sprinkled(applied) before the mercy seat seven times(Leviticus 16:15). The blood had to be applied then, and it has to be applied now in the new covenant as well! The blood that Yeshua shed seven ways was profiled by the sprinkling of blood before the mercy seat. When you take communion, go from the top of His head to the soles of His feet to get your cleansing. Let's apply the blood on our heart each time we take Communion by washing ourselves from the top of our heads to the soles of our feet with the cleansing BLOOD OF JESUS! Do it often, then repeat... It will do you good!!!
